We welcome Tom to our team!

Tom is our new back-office employee and joins us with a strong focus on establishing structure and improving processes. He already has a positive impression of the team and the work atmosphere, and is eager to apply his knowledge and experience to help grow BarTrack. We’re excited to have him on board and look forward to building together!

Why BarTrack?

Initially, I was looking for a new challenge. When I learned that BarTrack is still in development, with plenty of room for growth, my interest was immediately sparked. Working in a smaller team with great opportunities and room for input really appealed to me. Additionally, the tasks are dynamic, and you can feel that we genuinely want to create something great together – that gives energy.

What is your first impression of BarTrack?

My first impression is very positive: there is a great atmosphere, and I can tell that everyone is eager to contribute to the success of BarTrack. The team already feels close-knit and enthusiastic – which says a lot, considering we’re just at the beginning of a promising team growth.

What do you hope to learn or develop in your role at BarTrack?

I want to contribute my knowledge and experience to bringing structure and improving processes, without losing the dynamism and flexibility that make BarTrack so strong. I’m also looking forward to developing myself further and expanding my knowledge.
