We’re pleased to introduce our new colleague: Ted van de Hee, our new Implementation Consultant. He strengthens the team with his technical and business background and brings valuable experience in process optimization. With his practical mindset and enthusiasm, he looks forward to helping customers successfully implement BarTrack.

Who is Ted?

I am 31 years old and live in Lelystad with my wife and two children. I have a (technical) business and construction background and previously worked as a process engineer. In my free time, I spend a lot of time with my family, but I also enjoy making time for tabletop games.

Why BarTrack?

BarTrack appealed to me because of its focus on the end user. Ordering and inventory management within administrative systems are often cumbersome and not very user-friendly, which leads to low adoption on the shop floor. BarTrack makes this process simple and accessible, ensuring that it is actually used within organizations.

What will your challenge be?

In my role as Implementation Consultant, I help customers set up BarTrack in a way that aligns optimally with their processes. I ensure a careful and efficient implementation so that BarTrack quickly delivers value. In addition, I support the integration with wholesalers and ERP systems. The dynamic environment of a small and innovative company is a new and inspiring experience for me, and I look forward to getting started with great energy.
